Warranty, Refund, & Returns

This policy pertains only to items purchased on our e-commerce store.

Warranty

LMT Advanced Technologies provides a lifetime warranty against all manufacturing defects and damages caused by the normal use of this product. LMT AT will repair or replace all applicable LMT AT suppressors free of charge.

The product is sold “as is” with no further implied contractual rights or warranties beyond those expressly stated herein. The warranty does not apply to certain conditions or acts. It is at the sole discretion and determination of LMT Advanced Technologies, LLC if a particular defect or condition is covered by this warranty. Conditions not covered include, but are not limited to modifications, abuse, neglect, use of defective ammunition, use of improperly sized ammunition, and criminal conduct.

LMT Advanced Technologies assumes no liability for damages or bodily injury caused by such acts or omissions as previously described. Abuse and neglect are defined as usage outside of the reasonable scope for which the product is intended, thus contributing to the accelerated and unreasonable premature wear of the suppressor itself.

In the event a customer wants to return a product after initially receiving it & discovering manufacturing defects or damages from normal use, customer must provide notice of any defect in writing to LMT AT within 90 days of delivery. LMT AT will repair or replace the model free of charge. If the suppressor is not eligible for repair or replacement, LMT AT allows for purchase of a new suppressor of the same model for 50% off the MSRP value.

Returns

LMT AT will accept returns for all accessory items purchased through LMT AT within 30 days of the shipping date, provided the accessories are unused and that a copy of the receipt or invoice number is included. Returns are issued to the original form of payment or replacement product for defective or damaged items. Accessory items purchased through an LMT AT stocking partner or other retailers and fulfilled by LMT AT are not eligible for return at LMT AT. Please contact your original retailer for return eligibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from LMT AT before returning any products for a refund. Any unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. You will receive the RMA number via email from a Customer Service Representative after submitting a contact us form detailing the reason for requested refund & accompanying ATF form for NFA items.

NOTICE: DO NOT SHIP THE SUPPRESSOR FOR REPAIR WITHOUT FIRST COMPLETING THE FORM AND RECEIVING A CONFIRMED RMA NUMBER. DO NOT SHIP IN ANY EVENT WITHOUT A COPY OF THE APPROVED BATF FORM.

Cancellation

For cancellations, contact our customer service group and every effort will be made to cancel your order. However, most non-NFA item shipments are packed & shipped within 48 hours. If your order has already shipped, it will be subject to return policy.

For NFA item order cancellation, the cancellation must be made within 30 days of purchase and before any ATF paperwork has been submitted for the item. Cancellations are issued to the original form of payment less $209.60 (Stamp Tax & processing cost).
