Fitment Guide Thank you to all of our loyal customers out there. This guide is to help familiarize those who currently have or are looking to purchase one of our suppressor or accessory products to understand the respective products impact on fitment and spacing for a system and the compatibility and clearance for use both on LMT-AT specific products & other third-party manufacturers products. Our goal is to provide as much detail around the fitment of one of the industry’s most compact, accurate, and durable mounting systems—our HUB mounting system with native LMT-AT muzzle devices & use of LMT-AT muzzle devices or base mount adaptors with use for other third-party suppressor systems. While our intent is to be as detailed as we can we are always available to help field questions. If you require further information or additional clarification, please reach out to us at sales@lmt-at.com or through our contact us form in order for us to help assist with your request or provide an answer to a more specific question. The ION mounting system or our HUB/Xeno™ regulator base mount adaptor (available in both stainless steel and titanium) is designed to be compatible with the majority of the suppressors in the industry. The LMT-AT HUB base mount is compatible with all suppressors that utilize the industry standardized 1.375″x24 (5/8×24) thread pitch or HUB mounting system which the majority of the industry uses. Not only does the LMT-AT HUB/Xeno™ compatible base mount adaptor provide end-users immediate cross-brand compatibility with a HUB compatible suppressor they currently own but it also allows those users to reconfigure a future suppressor host by swapping out only the rear module. Eliminating the need to buy a new suppressor for each mount style, thread pitch, or use case-protecting our customers investment and extending the life of the system. For those users who value accuracy, all of our products are subtractively manufactured, including our HUB base mount adaptors. This manufacturing method provides tighter tolerances necessary to provide consistent performance and repeatable Point of Impact (POI) shift-one of the things that helps make ION suppressors the most accurate in the industry by POI shift (or lack thereof). The LMT-AT mounting system is purpose built around the HUB/Xeno™ standard to keep overall length short while retaining durability-delivering one of the most compact and light profiles amongst mounting systems, easily installed via 1-1/8 in wrench flats, providing industry leading durability, reliability, and accuracy. In addition to our HUB base mount not locking users into a single brand due to the proprietary mounting system that a respective manufacturer uses, these bases also dramatically lower the costs for shooters by negating the switching costs to buy new muzzle devices for shooters who already own a HUB compatible muzzle device which is widely available & in use today. This allows LMT-AT suppressor and LMT-AT HUB base mount adaptor owners the ability to swap from one firearm host to another without replacing their suppressor system setup-useful for when mission profiles shift or an individual wants to change hosts without the time and resources needed to switch from one host to another. Also, the way the LMT-AT muzzle devices are designed they allow for quick and easy change from one host to another. Whether using our single port regulator brake, four port regulator brake, closed tine flash hider or three prong flash hider, all LMT-AT muzzle devices have either the 1/2×28 or 5/8×24 (HUB) threads on the internal thread, which mounts the muzzle device to the firearm barrel which are caliber specific, but both sets of caliber specific muzzle devices utilize the same threading on the outside/external threading to interface with the Xeno™/HUB regulator base mount adaptor seamlessly. Allowing users to cut down on even more costs, time, and resources when changing from one host to another. The LMT Advanced Technologies Xeno™/HUB base mount adaptor features an 1-1/8″ wrench flat for easy installation with the IONTOOL or standard open-end wrench when attaching or detaching to a respective suppressor. Should the need arise to service or tool part of your HUB suppressor system, HUB threading is now fairly universal, allowing gunsmiths, armorers, and custom shops to already own the spanners, strap wrenches and other torque practices for 1.375×24 modules-speeding up maintenance and lowering lead time for custom work, should the need or preference arise. LMT-AT also provides a HUB direct thread mounting system available in both 1/2×28 & 5/8×24 internal threads. Also, designed around the industry standardized 1.375″ x 24 “HUB” mounting system, the external threads flawlessly interface with HUB compatible suppressors. The direct thread base makes for an extremely compact profile for users that prefer to run a shorter system, eliminate muzzle device use, or a dedicated suppressed weapon. Utilizing a 1” outside wrench flat, and an internal ¾” wrench surface, the user has multiple options for affixing the suppressor and direct thread base to the weapon system in restrictive environments. Available in 1/2×28 and 5/8×24 thread pitches for various applications. to interface seamlessly with HUB compatible suppressor via the external threading.
