* What muzzle devices or mounting system work with the ION suppressors?

  • – Any Xeno™ or HUB style muzzle device or mounting system that utilizes the HUB (1.375” x24) thread on the external diameter/thread, like our own HUB base mount, are compatible with AT suppressors. This includes HUB adapters for 3rd party mounting systems like the KeyMo mounting system. LMT AT produces direct thread inserts (in 1/2×28 & 5/8×24) but other manufacturers direct thread inserts are also compatible assuming their outer, external thread is HUB compatible.
  • – To learn more about the LMT-AT HUB & Xeno™ compatible mounting system, see our Fitment Guide webpage.

* How do the LMT AT muzzle devices work with ION suppressors and other manufacturers suppressors?

  • – AT muzzle devices use a taper lock gas seal, which in combination with AT suppressors or other manufacturer’s suppressors using the LMT-AT ‘HUB’ compatible mount adaptor for their suppressor, provides a tight & secure seal for keeping gas chambered and ultimately moving forward through our reduced blow back design to reduce gas blowback, sound, flash, etc.
  • – Additionally, all AT suppressors are able to mount onto any AT muzzle device regardless of the caliber specific (1/2×28 or 5/8×24), internal thread of the AT muzzle device.
  • – AT muzzle devices also work with any other manufacturer’s suppressor with the corresponding base thread to the AT muzzle device (either 1/2×28 or 5/8×24 thread).
  • – To learn more about how LMT-AT muzzle devices work with HUB & Xeno™ compatible mounting systems, see our Fitment Guide webpage.

* Are AT products modular/customizable?

  • – Yes, LMT-AT products are designed to be modular which allows the user to customize the suppressor system based on their desired performance matrix. Users can swap out the interchangeable bases or end caps based on flash, blowback, sound, weight, length and other performance characteristics of their choosing. This modularity also allows persons to have the ability to clean at the user level to extend the product’s service life and improve performance.
