Who Should Apply to the LMT-AT Dealer Program

• – Businesses holding both an up-to-date Federal Firearms License (FFL) & Special Occupational Tax license
• – Organizations who have a Letter of Authorization (LOA) issued by the ATF in addition to an SOT
• – FFL & SOT holders in good standing with the ATF
• – Groups with an FFL type 01, 02, 07, 08, 09, 10, or 11 who are in the process of attaining an SOT
