ION 30 Meltdown | GoldenWebb Performance Standard

ION 30 Meltdown Via GoldenWebb Platform-Raising The Full-Auto Suppressor Standard

The ION 30 was tested under a new performance standard for suppressors over the weekend through GoldenWebb-a platform trusted across the industry for durability & reliability testing. Yes, to clarify, we’re talking about the same ION 30 available now (along with all ION suppressors) with the cost of the tax stamp ($206 value) covered by us, for you, no strings attached!

Haven’t heard of the GoldenWebb platform yet? You’re in for a treat!

The major players in the firearms industry have all worked the platform in the past for content centered around stress testing a respective manufacturer’s upper system until failure using the same lower, ammunition, and as many variables fixed as possible for objective comparison.

If you haven’t heard of GoldenWebb, you’ve most likely heard of our sister company LMT Defense & other major respected firearm manufacturers like Colt, Larue, Geiselle, Aero Precision, Primary Weapon Systems (PWS), or Daniel Defense to name a few, all of whom have had their systems tested by the platform.

Wondering How the ION Stacked Up Against UNSUPPRESSED Upper Receivers Tested Under The Same Standard?

Look no further, we’ve got you covered. Check out the LMT-AT suppressor reliability & durability difference…

Why This Matters

Within the suppressor industry, there is not a universally accepted standard for sound, blowback, flash, mounting thread pitch, etc. For full-auto ratings, we’ve traditionally used the US SOCOM SURG Table II test standard (240 rounds total), but unfortunately the full-auto standard we use, is not used across the industry. Through GoldenWebb’s platform we’re able to provide an apples-to-apples comparison for full-auto ratings to truly level the playing field for suppressor durability & reliability not just for our products but all suppressor brands!

Don’t plan on running the ION suppressors on full-auto until failure? COMPLETELY understandable!

Good news- at a normal, varied firing cadence the ION suppressor series has a minimum service life of 30,000 rounds or for full-auto fire- the service life of the barrel. Which as you can see above, depending on the brand and product, can fail well ahead of your ION suppressor.

The service life round count is one many won’t surpass in a lifetime. The ION series of suppressors provides a product that consumers can pass from one generation to another (under proper compliance guidelines).

And now, with tax-free ION suppressors and historically low ATF approval wait times, you can get your incredibly high value LMT-AT suppressor delivered to your door before demand and delays surge in 2026. Does it get any better?

We at LMT-AT alongside the GoldenWebb platform are proud to stand at the forefront of this new era of full-auto performance standard.
